Why can't I view any topics part 2!!!

For some reason the only way I can view topics is if I log out. I have to log in and do this as the only means of communicating in the forums. I have registered my Kemper, I checked my settings and there doesn't seem to be anything I can find to change any viewing options. Starting to shit me!
