I think their server is still under stress from all the large downloads.
So far, I have 3754 from Rig Exchange on one PC, 3803 on another.
They both have the Marshall JCM800 KK rigs, last dated rigs are 2014-2-03

I noticed the same thing : Stated "3843 rigs" when started to download ... finished with 3813 ... The last one (uploaded today) is not shown in the RM
1121... and I think they are too many...

There should clearly be an update button for both local library and rig exchange on the final release. Should not be so hard to include. My guess is that the rig exchange doesn't "update" more than once per 24 hour, so you could almost never audition the latest rigs after a certain time stamp. And on the local files you need to add all new files in the folder.... time consuming stuff.
Good work on the beta, but your programming seems a little amateurish to me.
Oh and yeah, shouldn't be so hard to include effects and stomps info on the individual profile either just for the art of knowledge.

It updates on every launch.
Mine doesn't. Restarted it several times and even rebooted the computer. Win 8.0
Latest rig is HT5 R144 MD30-2 CAT released at 14:14 today.
Haven't tried deleting the db, because don't want to reload everything.
Also tested the internet connection to RE which says "ok".
I can't check because I'm not at home.
What is the latest rig in RE when you go on the website?

It's a Marhsall JCM800 2203 profile by XczajaX released sometime today. Maybe the DB has to be updated manually by the Kemper staff. Seems highly illogical and unpractical, but might be a temporary solution.
Edit: Not getting the two latest profiles from the RE website. This led me to believe that the downloadable DB for Rig Manager is updated just once per day.
