Searching hasn't helped me here, but I'm sure someone can!
I'm finding sound issues with 2.3. Or at least I think I am. I see some posts suggesting performing a system reset - how do I do that? And if that doesn't sort them out, then how do I downgrade to 2.2?
Did you perform a system backup before you upgraded to v2.3? If so, restore it.
Otherwise, you can download v2.2.1 from the Kemper download area (where you got v2.3 from, Kemper Downloads) and then install it on your KPA.
Thanks - but what about if I just want to reset the system?

•Check all the KPA settings
I will add, go into the SYSTEM block and hit Factory Rigs right most soft button. This restores all factory defaults.

In order to go back from 2.3 to 2.2.1 you will need to download the 2.2.1 firmware from the website and place the Kaos.bin file on a USB stick. Insert the stick into the Profiler and answer the question if you want to update the firmware with yes.
The 2.2.1 will be installed and all your rigs and settings will survive.
Yes, downgrade follows the same process as upgrade. A backup only includes your content and settings and NOT the firmware.
Thanks for clarifying that - I thought a backup included the firmware... My bad...
