Is there a step by steep method for getting five rigs set up as a performance using the bottom 5 buttons on the FCB 1010?
Thanks

Assuming you have an FCB1010 with the UnO4Kemper chip installed:
1. Use the chickenhead knob and put the KPA in Performance mode.
2. Use the FCB (or Up/Down arrow keys on the KPA) to select a desired performance bank
3. Press one of the bottom FCB pedals (or use the Left/Right arrows on the KPA) to select a desired performance slot
4. Use the KPA's Browse knob to select the rig you want in that slot
5. If desired, customize the rig settings (you can do this later if you want)
6. Press the Save button on the KPA
7. Press the Save button again to confirm the slot you're saving to
8. Use the Up/Down, Left/Right, and Character soft knob to name the rig
9. Press the Save button again
You've now just created a performance slot. Somewhere in there you get the option to name the Performance, but I don't recall offhand where that is (and I'm not near my KPA at the moment).
HTH!
Thank You!! Headed to the dungeon to give it a whirl.

Got it working. Thank you for the assist.
Note you can do tweaks to the amp and FX in a given slot without alterating the rig from the browse pool.

I didn't realize. Thanks Ingolf.

Glad to help!

And vice-versa - tweaking a rig in Browse mode does not change any Performance slots that are based on that rig. They are independent of each other.
You can save a rig from a performance by pressing the RIG button then STORE TO POOL on page 1/4. This gives you access to the Rig via Rig Manager.
Thx for the explanation! Much appreciated!
