It would be useful to be able to globally disable stomps, effects and EQ for the local libraries when previewing as an option (without modifying the profile permanently). The Rig Manager is great for quickly auditioning profiles when reamping, etc., but it would be useful to be able to toggle through just the raw sounds when comparing tones.

Use the LOCK button. Disable all stomps etc. and lock the sections. Now only the "not locked" sections will be taken from the previewed rig.

Read the manuals, guys! and have a look at the wiKPA now and then!
Big efforts have been made from Mothership and older users to gather valuable pieces of information there. And certainly your user experience will benefit a lot from a deeper knowledge of at least the basic concept around which the Profiler has been designed.
Wonder how many further things the Profiler can do you're not yet aware
