A "click" on the column header does that.
When you hit the columns' heads in a given sequence, RM could keep memory of this and maintain the ordering priorities.
and this is the common implementation in database applications. A right click "save as preference" menu item would be nice though.

It already works with the previously selected column. For example, click Gain, then Rating. On top you will see all 5 star ratings, sorted by gain. What is missing is another column for number of votes.
Thanks Arne, does it mean the UI just retains the last two columns hit? It souldn't be hard to extend the concept then
