Just wondering if there's a way to use the librarian software with two profilers connected at the same time. Anyone done this successfully?
thanks,
Steve

Hmm... I cannot imagine a way to do this, no. Is this a necessary feature for you?
This could be done with two computers, both with access to a network drive. The network drive would have a Folder on it where Rigs would be exported to, and imported from.
It just works. Be sure to have the Device Name of the Profilers set differently. When auditioning rigs via RM both units will load the selected rig.
You even can copy rigs right from one Profiler to the other.

That is WAY TOO EASY
Thanks for the tip!

Wow, cool!
Looking at it, it seems logical.
Different device name! I guess I need another Kemper!

very good! TY!
I haven't kept up with the threads here. Is the way to keep Rig Manager on a PC and a Mac to your KPA setup right by using a Network Driver (i.e. Dropbox)?
There is a thread that describes how to use Dropbox "virtual pointers" (if I remember the term correctly).
Can't find such a thread, but I did find this info:
You move the folder you want into Dropbox so it's backed up. Then you replace the ORIGINAL folder with a Shortcut (Windows), Alias (OS X) or Link (Linux)
This way the software or you looking in the original area can use the "shortcut" which now points to it's Dropbox location.
That's the reverse of what I initially was thinking, but I'm gonna see if it works. Thanks for the "pointer", paults
