The rig manager reads the rig exchange and the Kemper but I can no longer see my local rigs stored in folders on my Mac.
I also cannot make a subdirectory on RM to drag and drop my local rigs into.
An explanation of how to accomplish this would very helpful.
Thanks,

You mean you see no "Local Library" entry in the Location column?
This explains the folder issue as well, since you can create subfolders in the Local Library alone.Does your computer see the Profiler as a device?
-
right click on "local ibrary" and select "add folder".
gianfranco: The profiler does not have to be switched on or connected to the computer for this to work properly.

I know. But he seems to not be able to see the "Local Folder". If he can't see the Profiler as well, thin might hint at an issue with the app scanning the locations (maybe an issue at drive-level).
OTOH, if he sees the Profile, there might be an issue with the internal dB. -
Hello! It just happened to me. Did you find an answer for this problem? Thanks!
-
Could you describe your issue in detail?

Hi!
Last week RM worked perfect, but this weekend, all my subfolders dissapear. It looks that the rigs still there, because I can see them inside of local library, but can't create more subfolders. Also I can't import or drop rigs into RM.
Thank you for the help.

Your dB could be damaged... I'd save a backup copy and reinstall the app.
