Problem of the PPTC Pitch controlled by the FCB1010

Hi,

I have a little problem with the pitch of the Kemper or maybe it is a FCB1010 problem :

First, I've verifyed the left expression pedal of the FCB (after a correct calibration of range 4 to 78),
and then when i set a RIG with PPTC Heel Pitch = 0 and Toe pitch = +24, when I press down up the pedal (to 78), the pitch do not go as far as 24 semi-tones (maybe 21).

Same thing when I press down the lef pedal... the note obtained should be the real guitar note played, but I'm listening another note.
and it is like random... I never obtain the same extreme notes, when I Press Up and Down (my whammy does).

Would you have any idea of this problem ?

Very bad news for me... I get back my GT5 to test this pitch effect... and do you know what ? the pitch works "perfectly" with my Boss GT5.

I'm confused and upset by the FCB :-/ any idea to advise me (in place of throwing the FCB) ?

I made à half-thousand calibration operations ... but without success...

I try, the positionning led too.
before doing it, I had a range of 4 -> 78 values... and
after doing it, I had a range of 3 -> 70 values...

Unfortunately, even after these 2 workarounds... the pitch is unconstant :

- the LOW note is never the same, it always should play like the initial note (in the mp3, it is E note played between 0 and 5 seconds)
- Today (since the tiny pushing led), the HIGH note is always the same but, it not plays the +24 semi-tone set on the Kemper (it plays +20)
yesterday, the HIGH note was never the same

Maybe should I bring back the FCB to the manufacturer...

I have a the Eureka chip (not the UNO one) so the procedure near the same :
