Recording Dry + Wet --> No Wet signal, what am I doing wrong?

Hi guys, absolute noob here, so forgive me my lack of knowledge

I didn't have an audio interface(used to have an ElevenRack, so no way to get the kemper into the eleven rack and record the dry and wet signal) so I bought a focusrite 2i2.

I have connected the kemper to the 2i2 with both the direct output and the monitor out.

Direct output is set to Git+processing, Monitor Output is set to Master Mono.

But when I record, both signals seem to record the dry signal, no wet signal is recorded

What am I doing wrong?

Apparently is has something to do with my protools session.

If I start a new pro tools session it works correct.

But if I open a previously recorded session(where I recorded with my Elevenrack) it records 2 dry signals...

Even after I removed the Elvenrack from the IO Setup I still have this problem. Any idea where to look in protools?
My playback engine is set correctly to the focusrite.

Problem solved.

After rebooting my pc, deleting and adding the IO setup again it suddenly worked.
