After trying to install Rig Manager 1.3.1 for Windows 7 64-bit, the following message comes up in Windows Installer:
"The installer has encountered an unexpected error installing this package. This may indicate a problem with this package. The error code is 2755."
My Windows is fully up to date and I'm at a loss as to what I can do to fix this problem. I've not had any problems in the past with Kemper updates.
I'd be grateful for any help.
