Assign FX to pre or post position.

Would really like this feature, I kinda need to have at least one more FX module in pre position.
Would be nice to have ABCD X MOD pre and post options! I generally prefer to have most FX's in front, and some people prefer it after, let us choose!

Ha, yeah figured as much but you know. Maybe this is just a refresher!
