New User - Factory Loaded Rig Selection

Greetings All.

I'm a new user and am trying out a Kemper Rack which was previously a customer returned unit from the store I bought it from. After upgrading to the latest firmware, I noticed that when sorting rigs by name, it doesn't include all the rigs that are listed on the Kemper website.

Is this normal?

The other owner might have deleted some.

That list was from December, 2014. They are not included in the current 3.0 content. You can download the "Legacy Rig Pack" on the Kemper website - it contains "retired" Factory Rigs.

And, installing the latest software does not automatically install the new Factory Rigs:
