Turning on my Kemper today I received this message. Extremely discouraging, as I can't access the tuner/perform/profiler sections. After some time on this display, it goes back to the "Kemper Profiler" logo and remains there. I have some shows in the coming months, so any help with this issue would be greatly appreciated

btw, for anyone who can't see the picture, it says "Hardware issue detected. Date/Time clock failed". I've already reached out to support who are saying it needs to be repaired. Anyone have a solution without having to send it all the way to the repair shop lol?

Sorry to hear about your problems.
But If support demands to send it in for repair you should follow their advice.
