I received my Remote a few days ago, and I downloaded the new system update and rig manager. My profiler states that it has too many "rigs" (should that be profiles?) and it won't let me add any more, I figured I'd delete some, but when I put the (Kemper formatted) USB drive and started the profiler, I got that message again, but the firmware didn't update. I tried launching the new rig manager, but if wont
connect to the profiler stating it needs system 3.1 or higher. Is there a way to delete all rigs (or profiles?) on the profiler itself? Thanks!!!!
I'm caught in a Catch 22, all help is appreciated!

You can erase all nonfavourites.

If you make a Backup on the USB drive before you erase all non-favorites, you can open it in Rig Manager to save the ones you want or need.
