I tried to buy a pack but it says my paypal username is not recognized. I have used the same paypal address for over a decade. It was typed in correctly at least three times, then I gave up. I just thought I would let you know.

I typed in the information on your website and a little pop up window said it was an unrecognized username, so I was never able to transfer over to the paypal website to make the transaction.
