Kemper Remote resets /reeboots when I save

This has happened to me at least six times in the last week while I've been editing performances. I'm using the correct cable supplied with the controller. I'm worried about the issue when amending on the fly at gigs. Could be a problem.

I only upgraded to the new Operating system a couple of days ago and had this issue last night while editing performances and profile settings. In one instance the controller just powered down and turned off. Has there been any answers?

Even the original cable can rise a problem with contact or similar.
I suggest to try a normal CT 5 network cable to exclude exclude a cable fault.
I have read about this problem here some times.
In most cases it was the cable - If it is not then call support for help
