I'm using a eventide h9 in the x spot using stereo loop for pitch shifting. i get a big volume jump when i turn on the x button. the levels are matched ( once the volume burst happens the patch is the same level) anybody else have this issue using outboard gear, any suggestions to fix? i love the mircopitch on the h9 and don't really care for the kemper version

So other people using that effect are more likely to see your post, try including "with Eventide H9" in your thread title.

same here with my timeline, when i change rig to one with no timeline...
solution => put the stereo loop in all the performance with a "0mix" (pedal) if i don't want the delay -
How do you have the in/out levels set up on the H9? For example on the timefactor there are switches on the back to separately set the input and output as instrument or line level. If those switches are mismatched I get a big volume jump. The H9 has similar options for I/O levels.

the H9 has no instrument or line level, and i am using the stereo and have tried the mono loop. i have even tried to drop the effects loop level -6 db. still get a loud volume boost for a second when i switch it on or go to a patch with it on.
