I'm getting a headache trying to work out the chords to this can anyone help?

Yeah, bottom to top confused me too.. I automatically read chord notation left to right (lo E - hi E). Guess it depends on what forums one hangs out on 
I would have guessed the rhythm chord voicing to be:
