Help! No sound from Monitor out, only cleans from Direct Out

Well, I got my new Kemper recently. I connected it to my 2:90 that I used to use with my Axe FX, and I got no sound from the Monitor Outs. I hooked up my Eleven Rack to the 2:90, and it works fine, so all is well with the rest of the rig. I downloaded the updated OS (1.04 beta), loaded it just fine, and tried again. Still no sound from Monitor Output. I tried connecting to the Direct Out, and I get only a clean, unaffected tone, regardless of the profile I select.

I am using the front input. Rear input didn't work either. The tuner works fine, so it's getting the signal. Any ideas?

I had the same problem with monitor out and got an answer from support to do a reset of the KPA. You must hold down some buttons when starting up the KPA. Unfortunately I do not remember but I think it was the SYSTEM + RIG + maybe the QUICK button when powering the KPA.
Maybe someone else remember here on the forum.

First of all make sure to have the last FW version, then boot keeping "System" pressed 'till you see "Initializing...bla, bla, bla...". You should be fine after it

I just went to my studio for a four hours of profiling and playing,
Sad thing most of the time was spent tying to sove this problem.
I will try the reset.
If I do the reset will I loose the profiles I made?

No it doesn't delete anything....out of the problem
