bad sound through my orange 4x10

hey guys im new to this kemper had it few months bought a orange 4x10 with it and kemper is unpowered running through a thomann power amp my question is why is it that when the cab emulation is on sounds great but with cab emulation off sounds bad like too much treble and fuzziness can anyone help me please
