Ok, figured I'd post this for guys who now have the KPA and want full blown forum status. Guitarnet70 pointed me in the right direction, of course - THANKS!
Go to the main Kemper site. At the very top you should have an option to "login" unless you are already logged in. Once you are in you can click on your user account (hard to see as writing is in Black on dark background). When you are looking at your profile you have a tab for "register your amp". On that tab you have an option to add your serial number to "Upgrade".
On my KPA I can access system info by click on the QUICK button. It shows KPA sion, KPA date and KPA Serial.
