not recognized in rig manager? no matter what I try.

    hi,
    I am using rig manager Version 2.0.19 (12892)
    Kemper software version 5.3.1.13085
    mac OS 10.12.6


    I cannot see the kemper in rig manager, no matter what I have try.
    it shows up as a USB device in device manager, but cannot get it to recognize in rig manager.
    I have rebooted the machine many times, tried different USB Cables and everything I can think of.


    I am not using a USB hub.


    could you help me?
