Midi values and foot controller

Hi,
as a new happy user of the KPA I´m struggling with some MIDI related things:

Where can I find a list of the MIDI functions of the KPA... like which CC to activate/deactive "hold-function" in the delay.

Which MIDI Controllers are you using?
