Weird Sound Coming from Profiler

I've got a strange sound coming from my profiler. Happens on all outputs. Tried 3 different guitars. Changed out XLR and 1/4" cables.

The simplest answer is likely to contact Support via the website.

Is this a Factory Rig? If it was made by a random person, it may have some unusual stomp distortion and Modulation FX.

What is your Noise Gate setting? Is your recording interface and software set for stereo input and output? What Output setting are you using for the KPA Main Outputs?
