rig manager can not install due to an error.

    I get an error even if I try installing the latest rig manager.
    The content of the error is "installer has insufficient privileges to modify this file: C: \ WINDOWS \ system32 \ api-ms-win-core-file-l1-2-0.dll."

    The version of rig manager is 2_1 _ 26 _ 64 - bit.
    I am using win10.
    I have already uninstalled the previous version of rig manager.
