masterbilt please open a new thread. I've deleted your comment. I was entirely off-topic.

Help us to solve this
Here's the deal. It works for 99%, but it doesn't for 1% and we are still researching. So if you have issues please contact support through the contact form. You help us a lot in doing so.
Thanks!

I'll close the thread now. It's way too off-topic.

But if so, you sould also deactivate/delete the Attachments BUTTON to prevent users to get confused.
Good Idea. We will not start to edit the forum code though. You might want to share both ideas with Woltlab, this way every company using the forum would get those improvements with an update. In any case, I'll close this thread now.

In the past, we had a number of users uploading problematic pictures and decided to disallow users from doing so. Please understand that I will not go into details here. Let's just say those pictures ended up on our server, and that's where it became relevant to us. So we disabled the picture upload entirely.
We recently updated the forums software; apparently, those settings were changed, at least for some of you. We've reset the settings now and nobody (moderators aside) should be able to upload pictures again.
I understand that sometimes a picture can help. If you want to share a picture, you need to upload it somewhere else and link to it in your post.

Is there a way to store the profile from rig manager?
Yes, you press the store button. It is located on the lower right corner if you use the Mac/Windows version.

We will update the public beta shortly.

I think we can improve this. We are in the holiday season now, it will take a bit of time.

Please search the forum before you make a new topic. You will find a lot about USB related grounding issues (and therefore audible noise) already.
-
I want a seamless editor which only overwrites any changes if I press "save".
That's what Rig Manager does. It does not overwrite performances just like that. In fact, it can't. Please get in touch with support. We'll look at the log files and see if we can get more info this way.

So, if you guys are connecting your Kemper to a USB 3.0 just remember that Kemper does not use 3.0 protocol, and MAYBE you can take the best results by connecting it to a USB 2.X port.
There is no USB3 protocol in the sense that you have to use it to connect to a USB3 port. The entire discussion has more to do with how your USB is set up.
