Help! No Stomps loaded on new Kemper straight out of the box.

    I've just brought a new unpowered Kemper home and it didn't have any pre-loaded profiles on it. That is fine, I've loaded some through the Rig Manager but it also doesn't have any effects at all. When I try to browse through the effects (for example by pressing and holding Stomp Module A) it says 'Browse Stomp Preset' then 0 of 0, no items. How do I get all these effects working? I have put some profiles on and they are working.

    You can retrieve factory content. The Kemper has probably been wiped totally clean. Go to the system menu, page 1/18. The factory rig button is a box at the top right hand corner of the display and can be activated with the respective soft button.
