Where can I find the NRPN note value for dotted eighth delay?

I've been trying without any success to determine what I should set CC 6 to in my NRPN messages to try and set my delay's Note Value 1 to a dotted eighth delay. Any value I use here seems to always result in the Note Value 1 being set to 16/16. Please help.

I finally figured out that CC 6 should be 0 and CC 38 needs to be set to 0, 1, 2, 3, 4, etc. depending on the knob position of the desired Note Value. I was putting that value in CC 6 and had CC 38 set to 0, which was the issue.
