Clearing rigs from my Kemper

Hello, I am new to the Kemper family. I just received my unit, and I want to clear, but not lose the factory presets that came with the Kemper. I have a pack from M Britt (pack 3) that is a good beginning for what I like to play...So I would like to clear my unit with the factory rigs, and only load Pack 3, again without losing the factory rigs, just not applying them to the amp. Any help would be appreciated on how to do this in Rig Manager. Also, another question came up while trying the presets in the Kemper. How do I get from the first rig to the 300th without rolling the knob or pressing the foot switch 299 times....there has to be a way to roll in "banks" or chunks somehow I would think....thanks for the help...Rich
