this beta version of rig manager has expired

    ... please update to the 2.1 release. Upgade or quit.
    Selecting upgrade starts a download
    "Downloading update" starts downloading, then a "Windows installer" window appears, showing many parameters and a "OK" Button. By clicking "OK", nothing happens.
    Manual installing the "2.1" (2.1.26) release quits with "Rig Manager Setup ended prematurely".
    No further access possible. Starting the Rig Manager sofware again, all begins from the start.
    What to do?

    You are probably experiencing a bug in rig Manager that occurs if the user name on your computer contains a space character. Quit Rig Manager, go to your personal Downloads folder and double-click the file Rig_Manager_2_1_41.msi.
