Hi Everyone. I recenlty figured that my monitor out and my headphones out were making some annoying noise. Not too high but I could hear it as my Electrovoice was at high level. I firstly thought it was a noise coming from my EV ZLX12p but as I remove the connection from my Kemper, this noise disappears.
It’s like my Kemper is breathing, not a hum, but kinda hiss. If I plug it through the direct out or the main out, no noise; dead silent.
Does anybody got this problem?
Hiss when using monitor output and headphone output

Try the ground lift buttons on the back of the KPA and see if it makes any difference. The noise you describe maybe is coming from some interference with other electrical devices. Try other outlets too.

The ground lift doesn’t affect anything... This noise is there no matter the volume...

Hm... As I said above, try a different outlet. Also try different cables and switch off other devices (including light) one after the other.

I already tried everything you said. I called Kemper, they say it must be a hardware problem

Ah...ok. Good luck then.
