I know someone selling a rack mounted non-powered Kemper. They said it is in great condition except for a ground button on the backside of the unit. They said it fell off. Can this be fix easily? Should this issue persuade me to look elsewhere?

You can definitely get it fixed super easy. Pay less for it
If just the red cap of that Ground Lift button fell off and is missing, that's no big deal. Just let us know via support ticket.
Awesome! Good to know! I was originally wanting a powered Kemper, but this one was purchased less than a year ago and a really good price.
I use a powered monitor with my Axe Fx and i'll just have do the same with the Kemper i get.
