I only want Two slots to work , not 5 how do i erase 345 slots so rig only has 1 and 2 slots and wont switch to 3rd slot accidently if pushed twice

In the Performance Menu, you can specify the number of Slots, and then Store the Perfromance.
Performance Mode is described on Page 188 of the Manual.
You cannot delete performance slots. You can only disable them. Which accomplishes what you want.
