No volume from headphones

    I just got a kemper power head and there is not sound coming out of my headphones. I am getting sound coming out of my cab but my headphones are dead. I am looking in Rig manager and I can't tell if I have the output on or not.

    The HEADPHONE OUTPUT cannot be switched off. Its source is always set to "Master Stereo". You could just crank down Headphone Volume and unlink from Master Volume, so that volume stays at minimum while you dial Master Volume. But these are not the default settings the unit comes with. Not sure, which router you are referring to.
