Updated and rigs dissapeared

    So I updated and my rigs still appear on my Profiler and my Remote but not showing up on Rig Manager. Any advice on this>? Thanks! Bill

    If the Profiler is connected and turned on and the USB cable is connected,

    in Rig Manager

    All Performances

    My Profiler should show all the Performances you have saved on your Profiler.

    So, I thought the issue might be that I had updated Rig Manager to 3.0...but it needed the Profiler to be at 7.4 or higher. I was at 7.3. I did the update to 8.0 and same issue. My performances are still intact on the Profiler and the Remote but Rig Manager shows no saved performances. I am properly hooked up between Profiler and computer.
