Received brand new Kemper and kabinet yesterday, but unable to load profiles as Rig Manager will not recognize Kemper in the side bar.
Running Kemper 8.2.2
Tried rig manager versions 3.1.82 and 3.2
Mac OS is 10.15.7
Have tried uninstalled, rebooting, etc. Nothing works. Not receiving an error message of any kind... just doesn't show in the side bar.

all cables are brand new. Have tried USB A to A through a dongle. Have tried straight USB-C to USB-A. nothing works. Yes, I can see rigs on RM but I cannot see my KPA on the RM so I can't move anything to and from very easily.
You need USB-B -> USB-A (aka printer cable)
The USB-A port on the Profiler is only for a pendrive, not to connect to a computer (Rig Manager)
