So I lost my wah pedal setups after I did an update. I repeated what I used to do to set it up but it no longer works. Are there new instructions on setting it up? Thanks!

A simple update doesn't change the pedal settings and the principles havn't changed.
Check if the Wah Pedal bar is moving on page Pedal Links in System Settings (Pedal Settings at PROFILER Stage), while you move your pedal across the whole range.
If no:
Make sure, your expression pedal is connected to the correct PEDAL socket, which is configured either as Wah Pedal or as Morph Pedal with MorphPedal to Wah activated.
Check the TRS cable.
Check the expression pedal itself.
If yes:
Check, if there is wah effect in the Rig currently loaded.
Check Pedal Mode and other settings within the wah effect. In doubt load wah preset "Cry" as a reference.
