Another high end amp
[Blocked Image: http://www.soundside.de/tmp/Cube1.jpg]
This one is nice for outdoor batterie use - most sounds are very poor - some are great - especially when amplified with an external amp via large speakers.
Sometimes I love this strange combinations. -

When I first tried to profile this amp I was not able to capture the "sound in the room" - which I love this much.
This is the amp I use most of the time with my band - the amp is very flexible, nice to my back and great sounding.I profiled this Koch Studio Tone for my ProfilePack07.
(For this did I use the famous DI out.)Now it was time to profile the "amp in the room" with my far miking technique - and this time it works great!

My friends favorite amp - I profiled this amp for a few days - and amazed my friend with the results - maybe we have another KPA user soon ... -

Something about the Orange Dark Terror
[Blocked Image: http://www.soundside.de/shop/images/Dark.jpg]
This small amp has a killer high gain tone - we profiled all possible combination of the controls.
The Orange Dark Terror has only 3 knobs.
Volume for the overall volume. This does not change the sound and was fix for all profiles.Gain = The amount of distortion we profiles the amp at Gain 09,10,11,12,13,14,15,16,17 (clock setting)
Shape = This amp has only one tone control, but this one is VERY powerful.
We profiled this settings for each gain setting:
07 = Less bass, more treble
09 = More treble
10 = Max bass
12 = Default setting
14 = Scooped mids
17 = Max Scooped midsSo our profiles are named like this (G=Gain, S=Shape)
DarkV G09 S07
DarkV G09 S09
DarkV G09 S10
DarkV G09 S12
DarkV G09 S14
DarkV G09 S17DarkV G10 S07

(As always we recommend to find out which combinations works best for your own guitars/style and put these into your favorites) -
Our latest profile packs are online.
26: Mesa Boogie Rectifier (78 profiles)
25: Orange Dark Terror (69 profiles)As you see there are a LOT of profiles with all kinds of settings.
So there should be more than enough for different styles and guitars.We used our own MesaBoogie and Elmwood cabinets - with SM57 and Royer R121 mics.
In addition did we use one of Tills MesaBoogie Rectifier cabinet (Thank you Till for the permission).More soundsamples coming soon.
-
Awesome! Looking forward to trying the recto profiles .

Hi Armin,
you Mesa Rectifier Profiles which I just bought are superb, the best on the market.
How long did it take you to make all these profiles?
Cheers,
Matthias
-
Thank you Matthias,
I needed about two weeks for all this.
Yes, this Rectifier sounds great I bought this one this month as well as some new microphones, speakers and even a new guitar (for droped tunings)
More heavy stuff is on it's way ....
-
now I got all bundles from Armin. And let me say that all are sounding well.
Powerful and realistic.
What I also could need is a Diezel VH4 or a 1959 Marshall.
How about that? -
Yes, something like this is on my list
I just reprofiled my Elmwood Modena M60 - with my new miking technique and new microphones.
The new profiles are unbelievable close to the real thing.
Works great for Metal ...
Elmwood M60 HighGain Lead... and as well very sweet for mid gain stuff:
Elmwood LowGain Soundcheck -
Since we have more and more profiles on out webpage - all may be a little bit slow - hope you don't mind.

The shop stays open all the time.
-
After weeks and month of profiling - now silent ....
We have two sick cat's in the house - our own cat (who normally helps by the amp inspection.
