cabinet on in the headphones and cabinet off into the return of a head

Hi all,

would you know how to help guide me in the setting by enabling the cabinet in the headphones leaving it excluded from the main output?

I would like to use it in practice where I connect into the return of a head (so cabinet off) but I would also like to use a pair of headphones to hear better (and here cabinet on).
