I am a user who has been using Kemper for about 4 years. I recently purchased an Ox Stomp and started using it with Kemper. I inserted the Ox Stomp into the X slot through the Send/Return terminal.
Then, if you turn off Kemper's Cabinet sim, you can hear the beautiful sound of the Ox Stomp.
I always thought Kemper's live sound was disappointing. This is because when connected directly to the PA, only the high part of the sound seemed to be maximized.
Using Ox Stomp, this problem has been completely solved. An analog feel has also been added.
But there are drawbacks here too. If you plug it into the return terminal of a vacuum tube amplifier and make a sound, the sound of Ox will come out together. Normally, this would be solved by pressing the cabinet off button in the Monitor Output section, but now there is no way to fix this problem because Ox is in the X slot.
Currently, the Monitor output is set to Stack and only the dry signal is sent to the return terminal of the vacuum tube amplifier. It's sad, but I can't help but want to hear my guitar on stage.
To solve this problem, kemper's Cabinet module also needs the ability to create an Fx Loop or a function that can be dealt with in more detail in the Output section.
Thank you for reading this complicated and long article, and I hope that the people in charge will read this article and come up with a solution.
