Possible software based profiling

    The new Profiler Player seems like a perfect device for me , with the exception of not being able to profile.

    I don’t use many effects, reverb and delay sometimes with the odd phaser or flanger. 4 slots is enough for me.

    I have no desire for dual amps etc.


    With the release of the Player I’m wondering if it will be possible via DLC to bring profiling capability?

    If not possible using the Player would a software solution , like the Tonex software, be possible?

    I can't imagine, that profiling even via DLC with the Player could be possible. You don't have the require Ins and Outs for that.

    I think you’re right, hoping for a software PC based solution. For me the attraction of the Player is limited by being unable to create/ load my own profiles without very expensive additional equipment.
