It should be possible to use Rig Manager with Android, but not via Bluetooth. For the Head, Rack and Stage you can use WiFi Connection. Keep in mind that you have to connect your Kemper Rack with your Router before WiFi Connection is working.
I guess Bluetooth is only available for the new Kemper Player model for streaming audio, not to connect Rig Manager.
