I was a former powered kemper toaster user and have returned to the fold with a new stage. I was watching bonedo’s youtube channel demoing the factory presets on the kemper profile player — are all of these rigs already on the stage (purchased new and fully updated to current OS) and if not where could I find them?

The Player comes with 50 Rigs.
Some are also included in the factory content of other models. This includes five Rigs for bass guitar.
Others have been picked from the recent Liquid Profile packs created by Guidorist, Michael Britt, and Rigbusters, which you find in Rig Manager and at the KEMPER download oage.
And there is one bank full of Rigs for acoustic guitar with one fingerpicking Rig which is part of the Bert Meulendijk Rig packs plus a few older Kemper Rigs "Acoustic A-D".
So all these Rigs have already been available in Rig Manager and at the download page. The Rigs were just a bit enhanced for the controls that the PLayer offers (FX 1 and FX 2). Soundwise there is no difference.

The attached table shows how we populated the banks of the Player, not the individual Rig names.
