Profiler frozen on one shitty sound!

    My Kemper profile has been nothing but buggy. Using the on screen Mac editor has caused it to freeze on one shitty sound. Restarting the unit multiple times and unplugging the USB has not worked. Taking it to a repair centre is not right. I haven't even used it yet. I have tried to get help prior but Kemper just tells me to go t to the repair centre. Not good enough for a brand new unit!

    rhi_100 I don't find any support ticket with your e-mail, name nor serial number of your Player.


    If you restart the Player and it is not connected to a Mac via USB cable, can't you simply change sounds via BANK and Rig buttons?


    Please open a support ticket and let's investigate the scenario first. Since you seem located in Australia, we should first understand what's going on.
