    Hi, I have a recent problem. Usually I record music on Reaper trough Kemper as DAW via USB printer cable. Today I made updates for Reaper and Rig manager and from then I cant use my Reaper when using Kemper stage as a Daw neither listen to Pc media files, on Reaper I got message that said "could not initialize shared output device" but the device settings were same as before. Not sure what to do. Focusrite Audio Interface as DAW is working just fine on Asio driver but Kemper on Wasapi does not anymore. Tried different cable but no result. So if someone has any idea for a solution I would be glad to try it. Thanks ahead.

    This is not a Kemper problem. It's a Windows problem. You can use ASIO4All with the Kemper USB.


    To fix your WASAPI issue, got to:


    Control Panel > Sound


    Highlight the device & click properties


    Advanced tab, uncheck Exclusive Mode Then other programs can't hog it.


    Restart everything.
