I have a Bogner 20th xtc that I would like to try to profile. What type of results could I expect if I use the line out of the Bogner to the input of the Kemper?

If it's a normal, non frequency-compensated line out you can expect good results using a guitar cab afterwards.
if it's frequency- compensated you can use FRFR afterwards. -
