An editor would be the best Christmas gift for 2014

No, the Kemper controller would be.

I prefer the Editor, because I already have the FCB
So, the Editor is much more useful for me.Even to changing the setting on kemper will be easier, I know that is already easy, but an editor will much more versatile

+ 1. Make EVERYTHING mouse controlled. Even the on/off switch .
Also, THIS :

I love the KPA's relative simplicity on-stage, but I'm worried about the longevity of some of those most used knobs. Being able to do all the tinkering at home from a computer or tablet would reduce the wear on the hardware by 90% or more.

I just purchased my Kemper about a month ago and was quite surprised that it didn't have a Windows or MAC editor. Especially since this has been out for 3+ years. Somewhat baffeled as to why it's taken this long...

Welcome!
Well, no need to be baffled, because an editor wasn't announced in the first place.
With so many people asking for it I'm sure it will come eventually though. -

Could be a part of the rig manager software (all in one-solution).

I think the Ethernet connector could be usefull for audio stream and editor connection to the PC. Ethernet is now almost a standard for studio equipment. All multichanell AD/DA converters which used fire wire now have a version with Ethernet interface. USB is not stable and have larger latency times (+limited bandwidth with 2.0 version).

Yes of course an editor could be great!

I don't think that a second line for vocals will appear, the KPA is clearly guitar and bass oriented....

Yeah, singers buy a TC- Helicon VoiceLive 2 or 3 and are happy.

I totally agree! Or if you need a delay, just repeat what you just did before

I like that.
I like that.

It's less difficult to program to have a single unit to process vocals and guitar.
I own a TC helicon Voice Work Plus, but synchronizes it with a guitar multi-effect is difficult (in order to have common patchs).
It seems to me that the axe-fx is able to do so (It's not the same sound).
