Hi KPA crowd,
I would like to help CKemper and start a thread to collect (crowd source) ideas for a KPA edit and management client software which will come hopefully as soon as possible (but it should come after the perform mode and foot controller ...for sure 
)... Let's think about what innovative ideas can be packed into an piece of software to manaage the KPA and have a easy life as a live player in the preparation phase for a gig, on stage, and for archive usage...
Lets think about the closed loop (3 phases) in the life of an guitarist like a 360° view.... and this doesn't mean to forget what a guitarist first of all wants to do... playing guitar as good as possible...
1., Preparation: find the right sound, organize sets, prepare the right settings for different environments, troubleshooting..
2., Execution: being on stage, perform as best music to the audience, avoid technical mistakes, have the perfect overview, receive help from technicians backstage....
3., WrapUp: Archiving sets, optimize settings, contact KPA forum for Informations, analyzing system informations.... prepare the next gig...
Start brainstorming, everything is allowed, dont think about feasibility just think "Wouldn' it be innovative to have functions like..."
Phase 1: Preparation for a GIG / Studio session etc.:
Connecting any device (PC, Mac, Tablets, ipad..) to the USB Slave or via WLAN
Optional connect your KPA to the "Kemper" cloud.
Management Client to change all KPA settings, all Libraries, all Presets for the Stomps
Using graphical elements to make sound visible (e.g. harmonizing volume of all rigs...)?
Have a graphical view about the sound chain per rig.
Have a graphical view (map) about the signal way and each single setting of the KPA from&to all its in&outputs.
Organize save diferent Setlists
Organize lists archives and settings easy with drag&drop and single&multiselect copy/paste
Edit, assign save MIDI commands per setlist...
Check update firmware and other system behaviour
Have a graphical monitor or map which gives you an overview about critical settings within a rig... errors or missleading settings in the system.
A innovative wizard can help you interactive to create the best soundchain (effects, eq etc.) per rig
You can collect Rigs together to one song, and for this you can harmonize settings and charcteristics of the rigs if needed...

Phase 2., Execution on stage:
Have the KPA connected to the Kemper cloud environments for backup restore and troubleshooting.
Switch easy between different prepared presets during sound check to find the best sound results.
I would expect having "THE KPA foot controller" integrated with the KPA (it is in progress see other thread) which gives you the possibilities to perform your gig.
Have sound engineers connected via this management console to make slight changes on the KPA instead of the sound mixer.
Give technicians access to the KPA for troubleshooting in a kind of "performance monitor" to check the functionalities of the KPA during the gig.
Connect multiple KPAs in the same console to manage them together...

Phase 3., WrapUp after the show:
Send settings directly to the Kemper Forum (even customer support)
Open remote connections to let other trusted KPA users from the Forum (or somwhere else) access to your KPA to resolve issues online
Give the Kemper customer support the chance to connect to your KPA for troubleshooting?
Easy send different types of log files to the Kemper support or Forum...
