did i understand it correctly? an update of the kemper OS comes always with rigs and/or rig packs?
that is a pity, because i am glad to announce that i have been (finally) able to reduce to 80 rigs.
and deleting rigs is still tedious, isn't it? i know the pdf file burkhard created, but it sounds confusing at first sight.
why not splitting things up? a plain OS on one hand and rig packs on the other. you can download them anyway

It doesn't automatically come with rigs. The factory rigs only get restored if you choose so from the system menu.

Yes, some of the factory rigs are coming with the kaos but they will not be installed by default when you update your KPA. For that you need to use the "factory rigs" button from the 1st page of the system menu.

Yep, only if you chose to. I'm at 90 and I make a LOT of updates (Ingolf as well) and the Factory rigs gets restored only if you want to. The Rig Packs are available for separate download on the Kemper Website
If you want to try new packs, make a backup, delete everything and just load the pack. Then restore your backup and add amps at will
